TC999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be registering and using TC999 on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, either through TC999 or through any external responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing TC999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the individual level under laws that apply to you personally.

3. Account Registration & Management

Your TC999 account credentials — particularly your password — are your responsibility. TC999 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and not sharing your login details with anyone. TC999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify TC999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support through the TC999 website chat or listed contact channels. TC999 reserves the right to temporarily lock your account while investigating any reported security incident.

• Account name must match the name on your payment method and identity documents.
• TC999 accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or assigned to any other person.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or bet) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 500 or closure, whichever TC999 deems appropriate based on the balance at the time.

4. Deposits & Payments

TC999 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the TC999 payment process.

IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within 30 to 60 minutes during standard banking hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. TC999 does not charge any fees on standard withdrawals, though your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Before processing your first withdrawal, TC999 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). This typically involves providing:

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. • One active bonus at a time: TC999 does not permit stacking of multiple bonuses simultaneously. Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time.

7. Sports Betting Rules

TC999 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, football and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed at TC999:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the TC999 platform. TC999 does not allow bets to be cancelled or modified after confirmation except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
• If a match is postponed and not rescheduled to commence within 48 hours of the original start time, all pre-match bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned after starting, TC999 will settle bets based on the official result if one is given (including DLS). If no official result is declared, all bets are voided.
• TC999 displays indicative odds until a market is officially opened for betting. Once a market is live, odds are final at the moment of bet placement.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — for example, odds that are manifestly wrong due to a technical fault — TC999 reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion. TC999 will notify affected members promptly.
• The minimum single bet at TC999 is Rs 100. Accumulator bets must contain at least two selections with a combined odds of 1.20 or higher per selection.
• PSL and cricket in-play markets at TC999 update ball-by-ball. TC999 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on in-play markets where the member has information that the TC999 live feed has not yet reflected (e.g., the bet was placed after a wicket fell but before the TC999 market updated). TC999 may void such bets if a material information delay is identified.

8. Casino & Live Game Rules

If your TC999 account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. TC999 will communicate the reason for account closure and the expected timeline for resolution where legally permissible to do so.

Members wishing to close their own TC999 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering) will be returned to the primary registered payment method.

14. Limitation of Liability

TC999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure its platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times. However, TC999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses caused by:

• Service interruptions or outages caused by factors beyond TC999's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power cuts or force majeure events.
• Delays in live market data delivery resulting in bets placed on outdated information.
• Actions taken by you based on information displayed on TC999 that was subject to a genuine technical error subsequently corrected.
• Losses from betting or gambling activity — all bets placed at TC999 are placed at your own risk and TC999 is not responsible for your gaming decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, TC999's total liability to any member in connection with the use of its services is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, net of any amounts already withdrawn.
